Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days (we are closed on weekends and bank holidays) of payment being received.

Shipping methods & costs
We primarily use DPD for deliveries; however, the courier may vary depending on the order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery is 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Order tracking
Tracking is available on request — please let us know either before or after your order has been dispatched if you would like tracking details.
